The Creation Events team loved planning the destination wedding of Helen and Jason at the beautiful Stellenbosch Wine Estate. Established in 1692, Spier is one of South Africa’s most historic wine farms – with a long, proud legacy. Today, Spier presents itself as a modern, conscious energy, focused on art and healthy living. Spier Wine Estate is about farm-to-table food and award-winning wines; and people sharing ideas for living, working and growing in forward-thinking ways. All while embracing South African heritage.

As Spier embrace the ethnic and natural surroundings South Africa offers the world, we wanted to also reflect this in the wedding decor. We aim to incorporate organic and lush romantic blooms to a colour palate of whites, creams, greens, silver greys and wood. To lift the decor to a glamorous celebration we add a touch of old gold to the overall decor concept.

Helen and Jason were a gorgeous couple to work with. Their day was very special and I feel honoured to have played a part in it. A big thank you to all of our wonderful suppliers and team.
